Kentucky announces their new website address.
Kentucky is now sending courtesy information to licensees via e-mail. Therefore all Licensees are encouraged to update all addresses, including their email address immediately. Kentucky law requires licensees to maintain a current address. There is a civil penalty up to $1000, for incorrect addresses on file.
Oklahoma Insurance Department (OID) has moved to a new location as of March 24, 2010. Following is the new physical address:

North Dalota Bulletin 2009-2-Insurance Producer Reporting
California Licensing Notice - Effetive September 1, 2009, the California Department of Insurance Producer Licensing Bureau will only accept address change requests from its licensees through the Internet, either through its free online address change service or through NIPR's address change service. Address change requests consist of changes to mailing, business, and resident addresses and resident and business telephone numbers.
The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Agent and Agency Services, has important information regarding insurance agency license renewals.
INSURANCE PRODUCER TO WITNESS SIGNATURE OF INSURED
The state of Washington has adopted the Producer model, which will go into effect on July 1st, 2009. Resident and non-resident licensees are highly encouraged to read the new laws and rules as there are many changes.
New Jersey Proposed Amendment: N.J.A.C. 11:17B-3.1 - Insurance Producers Standards of Conduct: Commissions and Fees
State of Washington - R 2008-06 Producer licensing rules were filed for permanent adoption on January 6. These new rules implement recent statutory changes to the way insurance agents, brokers, solicitors, and general agents are licensed in this state. The effective date is July 1, 2009.
